Check-in is available from 15:00, allowing enough time to carefully prepare the property for your arrival.
Check-out is until 10:00 to ensure the house is ready for the next guests.
👥 Capacity
The property is ideal for up to 3 guests, with the possibility of accommodating a maximum of 4 upon request, ensuring comfort and space for everyone.
🧹 Cleaning
A one-time cleaning and linen fee applies to each stay. For stays longer than one week, guests are kindly asked to consider an additional fee of €89 for every two-week period, payable upon arrival. This service helps ensure that the house is professionally cleaned, linens and towels are refreshed, and the property remains in optimal condition throughout your stay.

We kindly ask guests to maintain the property in a reasonable state of cleanliness during their stay, disposing of rubbish regularly and using the facilities appropriately. The house is carefully prepared for each arrival, and we truly appreciate it being treated with the same care and respect.
