Price list for 2026
The prices shown in the table are based on occupancy of two guests and already include VAT, high‑speed internet and air conditioning, as well as other standard utilities.
Bed linen, the final cleaning fee and the local tourist tax are added separately to your booking according to the total number of guests and the length of stay; the local tourist tax is currently maximum €2 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights per stay, in line with local regulations.
Rental conditions
In case of expressed interest in making a reservation, the property may, upon request, be temporarily blocked for the desired dates to allow payment of the agreed total amount to proceed. The booking will only be fully confirmed once the total amount due for the stay has been received in cleared funds.
After confirmation, cancellations with a full refund will be accepted within 24 hours. After this period, cancellations, date changes or refunds will no longer be possible, and the full amount of the stay will be retained as a cancellation fee. Guests are kindly requested to ensure that travel dates and personal arrangements are correct before completing payment.
Cleaning and maintenance for longer stays.
For stays longer than one week, guests are kindly asked to consider an additional fee of €89 for every two‑week period, payable upon arrival. This service helps ensure that the house is professionally cleaned, linens and towels are refreshed, and the property remains in optimal condition throughout your stay.
Guests are requested to keep the property in a reasonable state of cleanliness during their stay, disposing of rubbish regularly and using the provided facilities appropriately. We take great care to provide the house in the best possible condition and, in return, kindly ask that it be left with the same care and respect by our guests.
House rules
Guests are kindly asked to respect the maximum occupancy indicated in the reservation and to request prior approval for any events or gatherings. Noise should be kept to a considerate level, especially during night hours, out of respect for neighbours.
