Rental Conditions
Please review the main conditions for staying at Ocean View Terrace. These help us prepare the house properly and provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone.
🕒 Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 15:00, allowing enough time to carefully prepare the property for your arrival.
Check-out is by 10:00 so that the house can be properly prepared for the next guests.
✨ We Try to Be Flexible
Whenever our booking schedule allows, we’ll gladly accommodate an earlier arrival or a later departure on request.
👥 Capacity
The property is ideal for up to 3 guests, with the possibility of accommodating a maximum of 4 guests upon prior request and agreement.
This helps ensure suitable comfort and space for everyone.
🧹 Cleaning and Linen
A one-time end-of-stay cleaning and linen service is included in the agreed price for each reservation.
For stays longer than one week, guests are kindly asked to consider an additional cleaning and linen service costing €89 for each two-week period, payable upon arrival.
This service includes professional cleaning and the replacement of bed linen and bathroom towels, helping to keep the property in excellent condition throughout longer stays.
🧼 House Care
Guests are kindly asked to maintain the property in a reasonable state of cleanliness during their stay, dispose of rubbish regularly and use the facilities appropriately.
The house is carefully prepared for every arrival, and we appreciate it being treated with the same care and respect.
📅 Booking Conditions
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the owners.
A reservation is confirmed only after the agreed payment has been received. We recommend booking in advance, particularly during high-season periods.

Parties and events are not permitted.
Guests are kindly asked to respect neighbours and quiet hours and to leave the property in good condition.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.
🐾 Pets
One pet may be allowed upon prior request and approval.
Guests remain responsible for their pet and for avoiding damage, excessive noise or disturbance to neighbours.
